Unfortunately nor. Indian Institute of Technologies have collectively taken a decision that a student can attempt the Joint Entrance Examination Main only two times in lifetime. One time will be considered when he/she will pass class XIIth examination irrespective of the fact whether he/she appeared that year or not and the second time will be the consecutive year.
So, you won't be allowed to take JEE Advanced in 2023 if you first gave it in 2021. Hope I have answered your question. All the best!
No, your EWS certificate will not be eligible for JEE advance registration. The information brochure clearly mentioned that your EWS certificate should be issued on or after 1st April 2022 with the latest guidelines of Govt. of India. You can check this here - https://jeeadv.ac.in/documents/IB-2022-Hindi.pdf
This year the qualifying cut off for ST category is 26.7771328 percentile. So candidates scoring minimum 26.7771328 percentile or above in JEE Main belonging to ST category are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. As you have scored 48 percentile you are eligible to appear for JEE Advanced. Cut off is determined depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and other such factors.
