i am eligible for ews but currently i dont have ews issued after 1t April 2022 then what should I upload during jee advanced registration

Neamah Fathima M R 11th Aug, 2022
If the candidates belong to any reserved categories they are required to upload that category certificate at the time of registration.you can apply for JEE-Main 2022 even if you don't have category certificate because if you belongs to either OBC-NCL or EWS category then there is a provision of self undertaking/declaration submission in lieu of category certificate for aforesaid categories. If you are eligible for EWS category, If you do not possess a VALID OBC-NCL/EWS certificate issued after April 01, 2021, you may submit a declaration in place of the certificate. However, you MUST upload a VALID certificate (issued after April 1, 2021) by October. Then it is fine.
Thank you

how can I edit my examination centre in jee advanced application? i had mailed out Bombay several times but havent received any reply. please can anyone help me out so that I can complete my registration process

anushkasrivastava073 10th Aug, 2022

Hello aspirant,

You won't be able to edit any details right now. You can wait for the correction window to open and then you can do the required changes. However, the JEE Advanced schedule has been released and nothing has been mentioned about application correction. Wait for the application process to end and then see what happens. In the meanwhile, keep emailing at this mail id- jeeadv2022@iitb.ac.in (mailto:jeeadv2022@iitb.ac.in) . This email id is on the official JEE Advance website. Just wait and hope for the best.

Can I give Jee advance in 2023, With before never given jee advanced.....(12th Qualified 2021)...

mkahampa 10th Aug, 2022
If you have appeared for 12th in 2021, then sorry to say, but you have already lost 2 chances to appear for the JEE advanced exam.

As per the eligibility criteria one can appear for the exam only twice, one with your appearing year for 12th board examination and the second for the next following year of your 12th board examination. Do not worry about what you already lost, think about possibilities. you can check out some of the top private colleges in india which provide engineering courses through their separate entrance examinations.

Hi saroosnaidu,

According to the this year trend your friend will not be eligible for JEE Advanced otherwise if some unlikely event occurs. But he/she will be eligible for JEE MAINS.

Gazette notification showing the change of name, for students whose name are not the same as their Class 10th marksheet or Birth Certificate.

So, you have to update your Aadhar Card or use any alternate Birth Certificate (As per JEE Advance Guidelines).

Smritijyoti99 11th Aug, 2022

Hello student!

No, it won't  create problem till your jee mains and advance examination, but after your result. As in counselling process documents are to be verified. Then the admission process proceed. So, don't panic about this, rather prepare your important documents for your exam(ex- your adhar card, photo, admit card etc.)

Hope it's clear!
