Hey,
It's difficult to say about minimum marks as it depends on factors like difficulty level of examination, number of vacant seats and number of candidates appearing for it. However keep previous trend in mind to get a good IIT with good branch your score should be around 200-210. And it should be atleast above 130 after category relaxation.
Hope this helps you.
Candidate who have secured a particular percentile in JEE mains will be qualified for JEE advanced. This year in PWD category, 0.0031029 is the minimum qualifying percentile for JEE advanced.
The minimum aggregate marks required in JEE Advanced 2019 for PWDs to get admission in IITs was 17.5. The minimum marks required in each subject was 5. For a general PWD candidate to get a rank around 100, he/she needs to score between 50-60 marks. So to be on a safe side you must get marks around 60 in JEE advance if you aim such a rank.
Since you have 68 marks you are in same zone and you have pretty good chances for getting IIT. Persons with Disability (PwD)- 5% seats (horizontally) are reserved in each of the following categories: OPEN i.e. GENERAL. GEN-EWS. OBC-NCL. The cutoff marks for General PWD candidates is half of the cutoff for General candidates.
You can check the cutoff in JEE advanced in the article given below https://engineering-careers360-com.cdn.ampproject.org/v/s/engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-advanced-cutoff/amp?usqp=mq331AQKKAFQArABIIACAw%3D%3D&_js_v=a9&_gsa=1#referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&csi=0&share=https%3A%2F%2Fengineering.careers360.com%2Farticles%2Fjee-advanced-cutoff

Hello student.
If you want to give jee advance exam the you have 75% marks in class 12 th board. You understood . You can give jee main exam but you are not able to get admission in NIT. Because you required 75% marks in board.
Hello,
The eligibility requirements for JEE Advanced 2022 have been loosened, allowing applicants who were unable to sit for the exam in 2020 to 2021 to sit for it this year. The 75% threshold for JEE Advanced eligibility had previously been eliminated, as it had the year before. According to this requirement, a candidate must have obtained at least 75% of the total possible points on their class 12 (or equivalent) board exam, or they must have placed in the top 20 percent of all successful applicants.
So, you got 76% in 12th then you are eligible to apply for JEE Advance to get seat in IIT.

Good Luck!!
When it comes to NITs, IIITs, IITs, and CFTIs, counselling is handled by either JOSAA or CSAB, and seat allocation is based only on JEE-Main/JEE-Advance rank, which is disclosed in the final results. prior to the announcement of JEE-Advance 2021 results. If you take the JEE-Main exam and pass the JEE-Main qualifying cut-offs to qualify for JEE-Advance, you must then take the JEE-Advance exam. If you score well on the JEE-Advance exam, you can then apply for admission to several IITs based on your JEE-Advance rank. Given that IITs are India's most prestigious engineering institutes, there is no reason to attend NITs if you are going into IIT.
And yes you are eligible for Both IIT and NIT after JEE advance too.
Thank You
Dear aspirant ;

The minimum score required for SC category students to enter an IIT is 70 and maximum should be 100 + marks to get CS in IIT.
The SC Category Cutoff, however, is 45 to 50 points, or >54 percentile (It doesn't matter)
Important is the cutoff for colleges.
The cutoff marks i told above is best to get good IIT at your preferred branch.
