jee main is asking for category certificate after 1st jan 2022 but if in jee advanced will they ask for category certificate after 1st jan 2022 or will they change the month?

For JEE-Main 2022 application form your category certificate should be issued on or after January 1st 2022(only OBC-NCL and EWS certificate, this criteria is not valid for any other category's certificate), so if you only want to apply for JEE-Main 2022 then get your certificate issued now and

Admission in IITs is through JEE advanced examination and to be eligible for JEE advanced you need to clear JEE main first .

Yes you can definitely crack JEE advanced even if you start in your class 12th but yes as you will be having less time you need

You will be eligible for JEE Mains in 3 consecutive years from the year you finish your 12 th standard including that year i.e you are eligible for JEE Mains in 2020, 2021 and 2022. JEE Advanced can be attempted twice in consecutive years.
