The old eligibility criteria for Gate exam says that you should be a complete 4 year graduate if you're from  Btech and should be for 3 years in Bsc. with a 10+2 qualification.

GATE-22 authorities have not released the exam dates for respective papers but the exams will be conducted on 5th, 6th, 12th and 13th of February 2022. The respective exam dates for each paper will be released soon after the application process ends, as for last year GG paper

Yes you can pursue M.E/ M.Tech Computer Science Engineering through GATE after completion of B.Tech on AI and DS. There are many Colleges in India offering M.E/ M.Tech Computer Science Engineering. Average course fees is Rs. 1,00,000 to Rs. 6,00,000 for 2 years.
