Yes, a non Karnataka student can apply to the COMEDK UGET exam. It is irrespective of the state of domicile of the student.

If your percentage is above 60 and you have compulsory subjects which are required for entrance test then you are eligible for the Comedk entrance exam, as there's no notice or official announcement for open school students.
