Check NowTraining/ Probation: Candidates will have to undergo training for a period of 1 year after which they will be under probation for a period of 1 year. On successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Junior Manager in E-1 grade.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be offered a Basic Pay of Rs.20,600/- p.m. in the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of Rs. 20,600-3%-46,500. On successful completion of training they may be placed in the Pre-Revised Pay Scale of Rs. 24,900-3%-50,500/-. The Cost To Company would be around Rs. 9.81 lakhs p.a. during the training period and Rs 11.86 lakhs p.a. after the training period.
