As per KCET result analysis, more girls appeared for the Karnataka CET exam as compared to boys. Several girls and boys appeared at 1,29,780 and 1,14,565 respectively.
The total number of candidates who appeared only for PCM was 43,316, while for only PCB, 3,917 students took the KCET test. However, the number of candidates who appeared for both (PCM and PCB) were 1,96,112.
Around 2,03,381 students appeared for the KCET engineering exam.
