During the application process, candidates could select up to three preferred test cities. BITS Pilani uses a merit-based and preference process to assign a test city based on:

Once the candidates are allotted the test city, they will not be allowed to change the city under any circumstances.

Once the test city is allotted, candidates must book a test date and time slot within the official slot booking window. The BITSAT slot booking for session 2 was conducted from June 17 to 18, 2025. The authority conducted the BITSAT slot booking 2025 for session 1 from May 13 to 16, 2025. Candidates who fail to book their slots will randomly be assigned slots by the authority. These slots cannot be changed later.
The authority has released the BITSAT admit card for session 2 on June 20, 2025. The session 1 BITSAT 2025 admit card was released on May 23, 2025. The admit card for BITSAT contains details about the test centre, exam date and time, candidate details, and exam guidelines. Candidates must carry the BITSAT Admit card 2025 to the exam hall.
