you are not able to apper in advance in 2023 by the passing year of 2021. there is a age limit in jee advanced.

so you can't apper in jee advanced in 2023.

I have SC category certificate of UP and I live in Gujarat without SC Category certificate of here and passing 10th and 12th from gujarat.Can I apply that certificate in jee advanced and get benefits or reservation in iits?

No, you cannot apply for sc category in jee mains and advanced because you need to have the certificate issued from gujrat itself because your 10th and 12th is a proof that you are a resident of gujrat.

A candidate can attempt JEE Advanced maximum two times in two consecutive years after passing Class 12th. Since you already have exhausted both the chances, so you cannot.
