No, you won't be eligible for jee advanced 2023 .

This is because,

One has a total of two attempts for JEE advanced over two consecutive years starting from the year of appearing for 12th board examination i. e as per , eligibility criteria one is eligible for JEE

No, a double dropper is not eligible for jee advanced and thus cannot get admission in IITs

Let's say that you pass 12th in 2021 , so after 1st drop you will be eligible for 2022 but after 2nd drop you will not be eligible for jee advanced 2023
