On such CRL rank and EWS category you have no chances to get any of the NITs or IIITs. You can get an idea from previous year's closing ranks available on the official website :-

But you can go for some other colleges that are discussed below.

If you are a general category candidate, then unfortunately you won't qualify the Joint Entrance Examination Main, which is a prerequisite to appear for Joint Entrance Examination Advanced or JEE Advanced. The cut-off for JEE Main to appear for JEE Advanced in the previous years were:

No without getting qualified in JEE-Main for JEE-Advance you cannot appear for JEE-Advance, to appear in JEE-Advance you need to qualify JEE-Main mandatorily.
