Joint Entrance Exam Advanced
Hello student,
As per last year trends, the JEE Advance cutoff was 73.61 for OBC NCL Category. To appear for JEE Advance, you have to meet the JEE Main qualifying cutoff to appear in the JEE Advance exam, which will release with the final result after the April. So based on last year trends, you would not have been able to qualify for advance.
I suggest that you give the second attempt to increase your score so that you can appear for JEE Advance.

Hello Aspirant,
After obtaining a diploma, there is no option to be admitted to an IIT. For engineering undergraduate programmes, JEE Advanced is the exclusive route to admission to IITs. Applicants trying to find out how to get into IIT after graduating.
JEE Main: Applicants must register for and show up for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main), which serves as a common entrance for engineering admissions into a variety of institutes. However, not all of these institutes admit diploma holders, so if a candidate chooses to apply for admissions to institutions other than IITs, they will need to do so at their own expense. Earn a spot in the top 2,50,000 JEE Main rankings – Candidates who place in the top 2,50,000 JEE Main rank holders are qualified to appear for the JEE Advanced test. JEE Advanced: As was previously said, applicants who receive a qualifying score of less than 2,50,000 in the JEE Main test are required to register for the Joint Entrance Entrance Examination JEE Advanced.

ALL THE BEST
Hi
hope you doing well
Yes, if you reappear for the 12th board exam through NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) in 2024 and pass, you will be considered eligible for JEE Advanced 2024.
Eligibility for NIOS:
Ensure you take the required subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) in your NIOS registration.
Confirm that your NIOS results will be declared before the JEE Advanced 2024 registration deadline. Delayed results may cause eligibility issues.
You’ll still need to qualify through JEE Mains 2024 to become eligible for JEE Advanced 2024.
Hope you got it and find it useful
Best Wishes.
Hello Aspirant
You can attempt JEE Main three times in three consecutive years. This means you can appear for JEE Main in 2023, 2024, and 2025.
However, for JEE Advanced, you have only two attempts in two consecutive years. So, if you qualify for JEE Advanced in 2024, you can attempt it again in 2025.
The number of attempts for JEE Main and JEE Advanced is based on the year of passing Class 12. So, even though you appeared for Class 12 in 2023 and again in 2024, your attempt count for JEE Main and JEE Advanced will be based on the year you passed Class 12 (in this case, 2024)
Hope this helps
