No, now even if you appear again for your class 12th examination either through NIOS or through any other board, then also you won't be considered as eligible for JEE-Main or JEE-Advance 2022. This is because only your first attempt in class 12th examination is to be counted
For JEE Advanced a student is eligible for two consecutive attempts. The first attempt is on the year of your 12th i.e., 2022 and the second attempt you will be eligible for is on 2023. So you are not eligible for the JEE ADVANCED 2024.
