There are some Foreign University which gives Admission through Gate Exam. Some Foreign Universities which accept Gate Score are like : National University Of Singapore(NUS). Nanyang Technology University(NTU), Technical University of Germany , RWTH ACHEN Germany etc.

To apply for IIT M.Tech admission 2022, candidates have to register separately for IIT Guwahati along with registration at the institutes, candidates will also have to register at the GATE COAP 2022 portal. Registration for GATE COAP 2022 has been started from March 20. It should be noted that candidates who have done their graduation from IIT with a CGPA of 8.0 or above will be exempted from having a valid GATE score.
Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP) is the online counselling portal for IIT M.Tech admission. Candidates interested in admission to M.Tech programmes in the participating institutes or job offers from the participating PSU’s have to register at COAP beside filling the application form of respective IITs. All participating institutes publish seat allotment result on this portal. Candidates should note that GATE COAP 2022 is not an admission portal for M.Tech. admission in any participating institutes. Candidates should apply separately to each institute for admission to M.Tech courses.

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that to get admission in various M.tech courses, giving GATE Exam is sufficient to get into any of the IIT ( Indian Institute Of Technology) colleges in India.
Further, if you don't get qualified for GATE Exam, then you can apply individually for some of private colleges for Mtech Biotechnology.
You cannot apply for any of teh individual IIT's. The admission of Mtech Biotechnology in any IIT's can only be done through GATE exam only.

One of the eligibility criteria for GATE says that:
The candidates who possess certification from any of the professional societies must ensure that those examinations conducted by the societies are approved by MoE/AICTE/UGC/UPSC as equivalent to B.E. / B.Tech. / B.Arch. / B.Planning, etc.
Meaning, you are eligible to appear for GATE examination as your college is AICTE approved.

Firstly yes Aeronautical Engineering can be pursued through the results of JEE MAINS.
B.Tech in Aeronautical Engineering is a four years full time eight semesters course, In aeronautical engineering , there is a vital branch of physical science which is called aerodynamics that deals with the motion of air and the way in which it interacts with objects in motion, like an aircraft.
The eligibility to study the course is such that
Since the course is offered in most of the engineering colleges, thus, candidates are required to qualify in JEE Mains and JEE Advanced by securing the minimum qualifying percentile.
Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate percentage of 70-75 in Physics , Chemistry and Mathematics in their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board/university.
There are also institutes like IITs , IISc and other Science Research institutions which accept scores received in the GATE examination. Candidates are required to qualify the aforementioned examination with the minimum qualifying percentile for admission in the same.
