As per the information available on internet, Allen Kota don't publish any answer key for GATE examination. The institute releases the answer key for various examination such as NEET, JEE MAINS and Advanced, KVPY etc.

Yes you can definitely attend GATE 22 with botany honors provided your course ends in 2022. Though you can attempt GATE with any stream/paper of your choice, I also want to inform you that Botany is available under optional subject choices in the XL(Life Sciences) paper.
