Dear candidate based on the past few years cut-off trends, if you make assumptions regarding the possible score to get admission into BITS Pilani campus, into Computer Science Engineering stream, you need around 350-380 score out of 1000. Though the Analysis is an assumption as the cut off depends on number of applicants and the difficulty level of the exam.
However you have another option to seat in the entrace conducted by BITS, known as BITSAT. By Qualifying it you have better possibilities,
Good luck!!

Dear Applicant although the cut off required to make your chances into any good college totally depends on the number of applicants and level of difficulty of the exam. But based on past records for streams like IT, ECE you need to score around 350 if you are an open category student to get admission into YMCA. The cut off of other categories is somewhat lower. For other courses you can approximate this score. If your rank is within 30k then chances are quite good.

The admission process depends upon your category and your score. Since you have not mentioned your category, I assume you are from unreserved category. For UR category you need to get 500+ in NEET to secure a seat in BAMS. However, you can look for private colleges where the cut off is slightly lower.
All the best!
