Hello aspirant,
The admission process depends upon your category and your score. Since you have not mentioned your category, I assume you are from unreserved category. For UR category you need to get 500+ in NEET to secure a seat in BAMS. However, you can look for private colleges where the cut off is slightly lower.

Dear applicant when it comes to admission into Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, if you want branches like CIVIL Engineering then around 380-420 score in GATE is sufficient for OBC Category students. When you ask for branches like Computer Science Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology, the cut off score keeps on rising and goes way above 500, these cut off scores can be expected following the past few years cut-off trends. So prepare well and crack GATE Examination with a good score, but don't solely rely on one Institute rather keep trying for others too.
Good luck!!
Hey Aspirant!
Yes, you definitely can pursue MTech in Computer Science after BTech in Mechanical Engineering, and when you aim for it you have to gather a lot of basic knowledge about computers to crack the GATE paper.
A bit of microprocessor, Linux, kernels, structures etc. That will help you understand. You should have good knowledge like CSE aspirant. Apply for GATE examinations and get a good score in CSE and you'll definitely be able to pursue your dream.

Hi, University of Hyderabad has good faculty most importantly but the placement is average. The infrastructure and courses taught there are excellent. 80% people get placed from the campus drive itself. The professors treat every student equally as long as you get your work done on time they do not mind how you have entered the university. Yes you can do Ph.D. after. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. hope this helps.
