I have gone through many articles and websites you have high chances of getting AU. It will be difficult for you to get CSC in first round of counselling but you have chance of getting ECE in first counselling.
Try to give priority for other branches also I can of luck you may get your favorite branch.

I have checked out last year cut-off for ST you can get any branch in AU. If you want CSC you can get it too but I think you need pay academic fee.
I think it will around 1.7lakh/annum. There will be no fee reimbursement.

Generally, 700 is the last rank where you can choose a branch in Andhra University. But, I'll suggest you to wait till the last counseling because the number changes every year or else you can try for other university which accepts aueet score as you have a great rank you may secure a good seat in other college. With your rank you can get any branch in AU but you have to pay the fee there will no fee reimbursement.
AUEET is exam which is conducted by AU for entering into their college. You will not have a chance getting into other college with this rank.
