Hello,

At 342 marks (General category), chances in government BAMS colleges are very slim since govt seats usually close above 450–500 marks. But you may get a seat in private BAMS colleges in UP and Bihar such as:

  1. Bharat Ayurved Medical College, Muzaffarnagar (UP)
  2. SVM Ayurvedic Medical College, Azamgarh (UP)
  3. Patna Ayurvedic College (Private), Bihar

Other self-financed colleges affiliated with universities in UP/Bihar.

Thank you!

Yes, you can take admission there, but it will completely depend on the college’s admission policy. Some colleges give preference to local students, while others also accept students from outside the state. Since you are from Bihar and have shifted to Maharashtra, you just need to make sure you have all the required documents ready (transfer certificate, migration certificate, marksheet, ID proof, etc.).

My advice is to directly contact the colleges in Sinnar, Nashik—either visit their admission office or call them to check if you are eligible. This way, you’ll get a confirmed answer and also understand the admission process better.

Dear aspirant,

If you're are asking , whether 270 marks in NEET last year was enough to get into Gondia College of Nursing, in Maharashtra, then please know that it's highly unlikely to get a seat in that college with the above mentioned NEET score. Scoring 270 marks is quite low. Even for MBBS programs, government colleges in Gondia had cutoffs around 500+ marks. Even if the candidate falls under any reserved category, still the marks is really low. So it's extremely probably not possible to get a seat in Gondia Nursing College with 270 marks in NEET. For more information, about previous year's cut off trend , please visit this link given below.

To check admission request on Phone, follow these steps -

  1. Go to official website on your phone.
  2. Login with your registration number and password/DOB.
  3. Check “Admission Status” to see if it’s Accepted, Pending, or Rejected.
  4. Save receipt/transaction ID if paid.
  5. Contact helpline/email if any issue.

You should consider both ranks, but the one that matters for admission depends on the college and state counselling authority. If the college or counselling process has a separate reservation or quota for Defence (Ex-Servicemen/Armed Forces), then your Defence Rank (1,500) will be considered within that quota.

Yes, Defence Rank gives you an advantage if:

  • The counselling authority provides reserved seats for Defence candidates.

  • You have valid documents proving your eligibility under the Defence quota (like an ex-serviceman certificate, etc.).

When checking college cutoffs:

  • If you are applying through General category, check cutoffs based on General Merit Rank.

  • If applying through Defence quota, check if the counselling brochure or college website provides separate cutoffs or last admitted Defence ranks.

Hello Manish,

With an SC category rank of 11,104 in PE, it is a bit difficult to get admission in Katihar Polytechnic College as the cut-off ranks for this college are usually lower.

However, you can still try in the later rounds or look for other nearby government polytechnic colleges with lower cut-offs.

Hope it helps !

Hello,

Please mention the name of examination and the course which you want so that we can provide accurate details.

Thank you !

Dear student,

To qualify NEET 2025, candidates from the General/EWS category need at least 144 marks out of 720 , which corresponds to the 50th percentile . For OBC, SC, and ST categories , the cutoff is 113 marks , falling under the 40th percentile .

For candidates in the General/EWS-PwD category, the qualifying score is 127 , while for PwD candidates from OBC, SC, or ST , it remains 113 .

So, if you're aiming to move ahead in the counselling and admission process, make sure your NEET 2025 score meets or exceeds these category-wise cutoffs.
