OJEE PG 2018 - The exam conducting authority (OJEE Board) has released the document verification schedule of OJEE PG 2018. Registrations for the counselling had commenced on June 28 and the first allotment was announced on July 16, 2018. The OJEE Board conducted Odisha Joint Entrance Examination for Post Graduate (OJEE PG) 2018 on May 13 in offline mode. Candidates by qualifying OJEE PG 2018 can get admission to various M.Tech programmes offered across state colleges. The result of OJEE PG 2018 was announced on May 25, 2018. Based on the rank obtained by candidates in the entrance exam, a merit list will be prepared by the exam conducting authority. Candidates will be allotted seats during counselling based on ranking in the merit list. OJEE PG Result/ Rank Card 2018
The result of OJEE PG 2018 has been declared by the exam conducting body; the result was available in the form of rank card. Candidates could check OJEE PG 2018 result and rank card online by logging into the result portal using their roll number, date of birth and security code displayed on the screen. It is a must for candidates to download the OJEE PG 2018 rank card it has to be produced at the time of counselling.
In case, candidates wanted to know their subject-wise marks secured by them, then they had to make a written request along with a demand draft of Rs. 400 in favour of ‘OJEE 2018’ drawn on any Nationalised Bank at Bhubaneswar. What candidates had to make sure is that, the written request should reach the admission authority within the 10 days of the declaration of result of OJEE PG 2018.
Note: If a candidates want to re-total their mark, then had to send written request for re-totalling/re-addition with a demand draft of Rs.500 within the seven calendar days of the publication of OJEE result 2018.
OJEE PG Answer Key 2018
OJEE Board had released OJEE PG 2018 answer key on May 16. The answer key of OJEE PG 2018 consists of paper-wise correct responses of all the questions asked in the entrance exam. With the help of OJEE PG 2018 answer key candidates can determine their probable scores along with chances of admissions to the M.Tech programmes in its participating institutes. Candidates can download the answer key depending upon discipline.

OJEE PG Merit List 2018
The exam conducting authority will prepare the OJEE PG 2018 merit list of selected candidates for admission into the M.Tech programmes offered by the participating institutes according to the available approved seats, the performance of candidates in the entrance exam, difficulty level of exam etc. Separate merit list for all qualifying candidates will be drawn on the basis of OJEE PG 2018 results. Based on the OJEE PG merit list 2018 candidates will be called to participate in the counselling session.
OJEE PG Counseling 2018
The counselling of OJEE PG 2018 was held by OJEE Board from June 28, 2018 onwards. To participate in the OJEE PG 2018 counselling, candidates had to register online and fill their choice of courses and colleges. Mentioned below are the other details related to counselling of OJEE PG 2018.
Shortlisted candidates had to pay counselling and university fee through online or via SBI challan (to be downloaded two days after registration) once they filled their choices and save them
Candidates will have to in person visit the designated nodal centres for document verification. They need to carry all their original certificates and mark sheets along with two sets of photocopies of the same for the verification.
Seats will be allotted to the shortlisted candidates based on their rank in the entrance exam and choices entered by them.
After deduction of the University fee, the balance fee has to be paid to the admitting college for adjustment against the tuition and other fees payable to the college.

OJEE PG Admit Card 2018
The admit card of OJEE PG 2018 was available for download from April 20 to 25. Candidates can download the OJEE PG 2018 admit card by log-in using their credentials.
In case applicant fails to take print out of admit card of OJEE PG 2018 within the given deadline, then he/she must immediately contact admission authority before April 30, 2018.
Candidates must check all the details printed on OJEE PG admit card 2018. In case any of the mentioned details are incorrect, candidates must contact the OJEE PG board with relevant proof before April 30.
After downloading the admit card, candidates must take two copies of it.
Both the copies of admit card need to carried to the examination hall as it needs to be endorsed by the invigilator too.
Candidates had to submit one copy of the admit card duly signed by the invigilator. The other one should be retained by them.

The exam conducting body conducted the OJEE PG 2018 in offline mode. Before starting the preparation for the entrance exam, candidates must be aware about the syllabus and exam pattern of OJEE PG 2018. Mentioned below are the details about the OJEE PG 2018 exam pattern and syllabus:
The entrance exam was conducted for 2 hours.
The question paper consisted of 90 multiple choice questions- Branch questions-60, Engineering Mathematics-20 and Arithmetic & Logical reasoning-10
Every correct response was awarded four marks. There was no negative marking for wrong answers.
The syllabus of OJEE PG 2018 was prescribed by the exam conducting authority. Candidates were requested to go through the OJEE PG 2018 syllabus thoroughly so that they can prepare in a better way.

OJEE PG Eligibility Criteria 2018
Candidates had to check and meet the eligibility criteria of OJEE PG 2018 before proceeding towards filling the application form. Mentioned below is the OJEE PG 2018 eligibility criteria for candidates reference:
Qualifying Exam: Candidate must passed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree of examination (B. Tech/MSc) in the relevant field from any University of Odisha or from an AICTE approved Institute or from a recognized University as defined by UGC.
Qualifying Marks: Candidate should get at least 50% marks at the qualifying examination. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to obtain at least 45% at the qualifying examination.
Age Criteria- There is no age limit to appear in OJEE PG 2018
OJEE PG Application Form 2018
Application form of OJEE PG 2018 was available from January 30 in online mode only. Candidates had to fill and submit the OJEE PG 2018 application form before or on March 27. Step 1- Registration- Click on the above given link to register. Read all the given instructions carefully and then enter all the essential details required. After entering and submitting all the details registration number will be generated. This registration number is candidate’s user-id for further log-ins.

Step 4- Pay examination fees- Candidates belonging to all categories need to pay Rs.1000 as the application fee of OJEE PG 2018. The payment of fees either through online or by e-challan.
Modes of fee payment
Online- Through Debit/Credit Card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards/ netbanking). Two gateway options are available for the candidate document verifications- SBI and BILLDESK.
E-Challan- This mode is only possible in State Bank of India payment gateway. After online application form is filled, e-challan form option will be visible. Candidate can print the challan and pay the fee in any branch of State Bank of India.
Step 4- Download confirmation page - After successful submission of fee and application form, candidates need to take printout of ‘Confirmation Page’ for future reference.
