Foreign Candidates who are not Indian citizens by birth and who don’t belong to the OCI/PIO category must register through the separate portal on the official JEE Advanced portal. There is a separate fee structure for SAARC Countries Candidates and non-SAARC Countries nationals. SAARC countries are Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, the Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka. Non-SAARC countries are the rest of the nations, like the USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, etc.
Follow the steps below to pay for the payment of JEE Advanced 2025 registration. The whole process must be completed through the official website online only. JEE Advanced registration fees are refundable. If candidates fail to attend the exam also registration fees will not be refunded.

No, your son is not eligible for OBC NCL for IIT JEE because you fall in the "creamy layer" occupational category, regardless of your current employment status or family income. Students whose family income is less than Rs. 8 lakhs annually and they are not belong to the "creamy layer".

If you take an additional exam in mathematics from an open board, as you want to pursue engineering, you will have two mark sheets which is not acceptable for JEE Mains or Advanced or JOSSA. NTA and IIT require single 10+2 certificate with the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
