Candidates must have passed their 12th-grade examination according to the 10+2 system of a recognised Central or State board or equivalent examination. A total of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Mathematics and at least 60% marks in each of the three Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics separately.
A minimum of five subjects is required, including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, one Language, and any additional subject beyond these four.
Students who retake the full set of 12th-grade subjects (in 2025/2026) are also eligible.
