It is a bit early to answer this question as JEE 2022 is not over yet. You have to wait for NTA to release the JEE schedule for 2023. Currently, we have no notifications regarding the exam. However, the tentative dates of JEE 2023 should be as under:

With this rank it will be little difficult to get high demanding branches like CSE, IT, ECE etc in top NITs, IIITs.

See you cannot get any good NITs or IIITs through JEE mains with the above mentioned percentile range, even with the reserved category. You have to score at least more than 90-95 percentile in JEE mains, if you belong to any reserved category, to make your good chances
