    You can get admission in some of the govt college under Assam CEE.
    But definitely you won't be able to make it to top engineering college (like AEC).
    But definitely you can get seat in other govt. College in Assam.
    So, participate in the counseling process.

    Let me inform you that prc of Assam is only taken for the son/daughter of the  state government employee not that of the the central government.
    Since central govt. Job includes transfer in  various parts of the  country, so process is not acceptable.
    However you can show them the  domicile of the respected state you belong to.

    Hope you are doing well!! As per your rank, sorry to say but your rank is way too high to get you into any government colleges under CEE. As you belong to general category and with that particular rank it will be unable to get you a seat in any government colleges. You can go with some private colleges there are some good colleges they accepts CEE rank for admission like Royal global University, Assam Down town University etc. Hope these will help you regarding any query feel free to ask in comment section.

    Hope you are doing well!! As per your concern see if there remains any availability of seats then only 2nd round of counseling will occur. If all the seats were filled in 1st round of counseling then there will be no 2nd round of counseling and they will inform via website. And regarding your rank see you belong to reserved category but then also your rank is too high to get those colleges.     From which sites we will get the notification of 2nd round of counseling? Is it from this site?

    Hi 

    thanks for asking your query ,if you have registered for the first round of counselling then you will be notified for the 2nd round of counselling automatically but if you get seat in 1st round itself then notification Of 2nd round will not be given unless you leave the seat of 1st round.
