As you didnot mention your category I consider you as a general category student.With this rank in general rank It is too difficult to get into AEC ,actually you dont have any chance to get into AEC.In case of JEC you have little chance,but it is also difficult to get into JEC also.But you will surely get into JIST. The ASSAM CEE cutoffs are released in the form of marks. So , it would be better if you would have mentioned your score instead of rank.

No worries ! Considering your rank and being an obc candidate , you do not have much chances for Assam engineering college as its cutoff marks are slightly higher . But with this rank , you can expect a seat in jorhat engineering college. But you may not get a good branch in JEC . But you also have chances for Bineswar brahma engineering college. Also you have more chances of getting a good or your preferred branch in this college as compared to other colleges.

Hello student,

There is no option regarding medical certificate as it has to be made by government doctors only as a specified by the Medical Association of India. As you have got your medical certificate by a private doctor, it won't be entertained at the time of counselling or seat allotment. You need to rush up to a government MBBS doctor and get yourself a certificate.

You can get admission in some of the govt college under Assam CEE.
