thanks for asking your query ,if you have registered for the first round of counselling then you will be notified for the 2nd round of counselling automatically but if you get seat in 1st round itself then notification Of 2nd round will not be given unless you leave the seat of 1st round.

As u have a rank of 4153 in CEE 2019 and you belong to ST(P) Category. Your rank is high for first round of counselling but yes you can participate in the second round of counselling provided that there are vacant seats left after the first round of counselling. If seats are vacant, you have a good chance

The councelling for the 1st phase has been done from 10-15 june 2019 and the councelling for further phases will be notified when there are seats remaining

The Assam CEE 2019 counselling has started from 10 June. All the eligible and shortlisted candidates need to participate in the counseling of Assam CEE 2019 as per the schedule released. In order to be a part of counselling process, candidates will have to first pay the counseling fee of Rs. 700 as requisite. The counseling is conducted in offline mode.
