    ASTU has declared the rank card of Assam CEE 2019. Students can check their result and rank card to know their admission probabilities. Candidates who has appeared for entrance exam will have to meet the Assam CEE 2019 cutoff determined by the authority in order to take admission in course. The cutoff of Assam CEE 2019 will be the minimum marks that candidates will require for admission into its participating institutes

    Hi pushpangi, according to me there may be 3rd round counseling in Assam CEE as it happens when seats are vacant in CEE colleges  you can hope for the best. Good luck.

    Hello Kampobhaskar.

    During first year B-tech course content for all branches is same and it is 80%what we studied in 11th and 12th.

    You need not to worry too much like.

    In maths it is partial derivatives and (calculous) Matrix etc.

    In chemistry it's chemical bonding isomerism spectography.

    In electrical dc machine Transformers Etc

    In electronics it is transistor and semiconductors etc.

    Similarly in remainings.

    Hope you are doing well!! See no issues if you have grace marks in any other subjects apart from physics, chemistry, mathematics and English then you will be eligible for the counseling. And if you have grace marks in the above mentioned subjects then sorry to say but you will not be eligible in counseling. And also you should have 50% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and mathematics. And regarding that they called you in counseling basically they provide the merit list from and if your rank comes under that merit list then you can participate in counseling. Participate in counseling, but if you fail to fulfill the eligibility criteria then you will not get a seat.     I have already paid my admission fees in Assam engineering college but I would like to withdraw my seat.

    Withdrawing your seat after the payment of the tution fees would cause you to forefait your tutuion fees amount and you will not be able to get further seats in the institutes as you will not be able to go for the further rounds. Now if you have no plan for the study further then you can cancel your admiasion in the allotted institute by going there personally. Withdrawing the seat would cause you unnecessary trouble and document work so I would suggest you not to withdraw and continue with the study if you have no critical reason.

    The mode of counseling is offline

    The 1st  counseling was between 10 june to 15 july.

    The 2nd counseling will be getting start after 15 july. May be in the next of midweek.

     Hey, sorry to tell you but your rank is not that much good. According to previous years cut off of these top colleges its very tough that you would get admission in them.
