The exam conducting authority will release the application form of MHT CET 2020 in January first week. MHT CET application form 2020 will be available in online mode only in the official website. For MHCET- if you have the domicile of Maharashtra from any district of it than you will be eligible for MHCET counselling and seats.
In jee mains- since you did class 12 from any of school of any board it doesn't matter than you state code of eligibility that is home state is Maharashtra. It does not depend upon you domicile but on from where you did class 12.
