The authorities have commenced the IPU CET B.Tech registration in online mode on the official website. Candidates who wish to get admission to various B.Tech and Biotechnology courses will have to submit the application form before the last date. The authority released the IPU B.Tech application form on February 1, 2025.
The conducting body will release the IPU CET B.Tech 2025 admit card on the official website. The admit card for IPU CET for Biotechnology will be available in online mode only. Candidates will have to provide the login credentials to download the IPU CET admit card.
The IPU B.Tech 2025 result for B.Tech Biotechnology will be released on the official website. The IPU CET 2024 result for Biotechnology will be available as a rank list. The result of IPU B.Tech 2025 will comprise the roll number, name, region, category, and rank of the candidate. Based on the result, candidates will be shortlisted and called for counselling.
The authorities prepare a merit list of candidates for admission based on their JEE Main scores. Candidates shortlisted based on the IPU B.Tech merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling process.
The authorities will conduct the IPU B.Tech 2025 counselling in online mode. The counselling and seat allotment consist of a series of steps including fee payment, registration, choice filling & locking, seat allotment etc.
No entrance exam will be conducted for admission to B.Tech programmes offered by the University, except for BTech Biotechnology. The admission for B.Tech courses is conducted based on JEE Main scores/ranks. However, the exam officials conduct an examination or admission to B.Tech Biotechnology in offline mode.
No, paper 1 means b tech(only final result will be consider among all 4 attempts ) and paper 2 means b arch . I'm not sure if u had attended both papers b tech and b arch . I'm assuming that u r confuse in result of 4 attempts of b tech. Hope it helps.
Dear aspirant, you will be require to pay 40,000 rupees as seat acceptance fees if you are allotted a seat in the counselling and want to kept the seat at either freeze i.e. do not want updation in allotted seat or freeze i.e. want to participate in further round. But if you are not alloted any seat till yet, then you will be directed to next round without paying any extra money.

If you Have not paid counselling fee then you are not eligible for the choice filling and you will also be not counted under the counselling process. If there are further rounds are remaining then you could wait for payment again in the next round for the counselling process and do the choice filling.

Firstly I would like to tell you that yes you can get admission through merit basis. But only in the colleges where you meet the eligibility criteria.
Also you will not get admission in all the colleges. You will be able to apply only in those colleges that are willing to give admissions through merit basis. Most of them are private colleges. You won't be getting any NITs, IIITs or any other GFTI, which accepts only JEE scores.
