Once the details have been entered, candidates will have to click on the “Next” button. After this, a preview of the application will be generated. Candidates will have to check their details carefully. If they find any mistakes, they can correct it by clicking on the “Previous” button. If there is no mistake, candidates can proceed to the payment of application fees by clicking on “Pay Now”.
Step 3 - Once the candidates click on “Pay Now”, they will be redirected to the payment page where they have to select the mode of payment-Credit/debit card or internet banking and pay the application fees for the admission process. Application fees for all the applicants is Rs 1500 (non-refundable).
Once successfully paid, a generated Application ID will be sent it to the candidates' registered email.
Once the application process is over, the authorities will release the IIIT Bangalore M.Tech 2025 cutoff in online mode. The cutoff will be the minimum scores required by the candidates to get admission at the institute. Yes, as per the latest GATE eligibility criteria , students who have completed a 3-year BSc (Bachelor of Science) degree can now apply for the GATE exam. But admission options through GATE score for such students are limited.
