Candidates are offered admission to the 2nd year (3rd semester) of B.E or B.Tech courses through the Haryana LEET. To get admission to the participating institutes, candidates should meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by the authorities. Candidates should have passed class 12 with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Biology/Mathematics (OR)
Candidates should have completed class 12 (Science) with Mathematics or with Technical Vocational subject (OR)
Should have qualified 10th standard + two years ITI with relevant trade (OR)
NSQF level 4 in any course.

The HSTES closed the portal for Haryana LEET 2024 registration. Candidates could access the Haryana LEET online application form on the official website.
Step 1-Registration: Candidates have to enter certain details to fill out the application form and it will include sections like personal details, qualification details, address, and parent(s) details.
Step 2- Uploading Documents: After entering all the necessary details, candidates had to proceed towards uploading signatures and photographs as per the specifications prescribed by the authorities. Both the color photograph and signature should be in JPEG format and the size of the photograph should not be more than 30 KB, whereas the size of the signature should not be more than 20 KB.
Step 3- Submission of Form and Payment of Fee: Next, candidates had to submit the form and pay the online application fee online (debit cards, credit cards, net banking) or offline (e-challan). E-challan should be deposited in Axis Bank or Punjab National Bank.

Step 4- Final Submission of Form: Finally, after submitting the application form of Haryana LEET 2024 successfully, candidates should take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
The authority prepares the Haryana LEET merit list 2024 based on the percentage of the qualifying exam. Candidates can check the Haryana LEET Inter-se-merit list pdf online on the official website. Students whose names are displayed on the Haryana LEET merit list 2024 are eligible for the counselling process. In case two or more candidates secure the same percentage tie-breaking criteria are used to prepare the merit list.
Tie-Breaking criteria for preparing Inster-se-Merit
The authority has commenced the Haryana LEET 2024 choice filling and locking process online. Candidates who obtain rank in the merit list are eligible to participate in the Haryana LEET 2024 counselling and seat allotment. The authorities will conduct two rounds of counselling. Candidates will have to pay the counselling fee to participate in the process. It can be paid online using debit cards, credit cards, or net banking or can be paid offline by generating an e-challan which has to be deposited at any designated computerized branches of Axis and PNB Bank.
First counselling: 1st phase of counselling will be conducted for candidates of all categories including RoHC, KM, HOGC, TFW, SC, BC-B, PH, BC-A, ESM, and FF of all categories with 25% Female reservation.
Second & third counselling: 2nd phase of counselling will be conducted for candidates of all categories including RoHC (only till the second counselling), KM, TFW, HOGC, SC, BC, all ESM, and FF with 25% Female reservation.
NOTE: After the third counselling, HSTES will not conduct any counselling. Admission will be offered at Institute level counselling after merging the sub-categories into the main reserved category.
