About Haryana LEET 2023
Haryana B.Tech Lateral Entry Admission 2023 - The Haryana State Technical Education Society (HSTES) released the Haryana B.Tech counselling registration form on August 2 at the official website. Candidates are required to provide their personal, academic and contact details in LEET application form and submit on or before August 20.
Candidates have to visit techadmissionshry.gov.in to complete Haryana B.Tech lateral entry registration. Interested candidates could fill the application form of Haryana LEET counselling and pay the online fee. Candidates applying for the entrance exam should know eligibility criteria beforehand. The authorities will release the Haryana B.Tech lateral entry 2023 brochure on the official website.
This year, the admission to Haryana B.tech lateral entry courses will be done on the basis of Inter-se-Merit or rank prepared based on the percentage of marks secured in the qualifying exam. Qualified candidates will be called for participating in Haryana B.tech Lateral Entry Counselling 2023 process. Lateral entry admissions will be done on the basis of inter-se merit prepared as an Inter-se-Merit and merit list based on qualifying exam marks. Those who will be allotted seats through Haryana LEET 2023 will have to report to the institute along with the documents required.

Haryana LEET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
HSTES has released the eligibility criteria of Haryana LEET 2023. Candidates applying for OLET will be required to comply with the Haryana LEET eligibility criteria to be considered for lateral entry admissions into B.Tech.
LEET 2023 Eligibility for Regular Candidates
Academic Qualification :
Candidates should have secured a minimum of 45% in aggregate in Diploma in Engg./ Technology (3 or more year duration from HSTES or its equivalent authority). Candidates belonging to SC category enjoy a relaxation with minimum aggregate score of 42.75%, OR
Candidates should have passed B.Sc Degree from a recognized University (defined by UGC). The minimum aggregate is 45% marks, while fir SC category, minimum 42.75 % marks are required. They should have passed class 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject.
B.Sc. pass out candidates should have cleared all the subjects of Engineering Graphics/ Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of first year engineering programme along with the second year subjects.
Note - B.Sc. candidates will be considered only after supernumerary seats in this category are duly filled with candidates belonging to the Diploma stream.Candidates with Diploma in Architecture may also apply for admission through Haryana LEET 2023 for B.E/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Haryana LEET Eligibility under Kashmiri Migrants (KM) Category
The academic qualifications for LEET 2023 are same as mentioned for regular candidates.
KM category candidates enjoy a relaxation in Haryana LEET cutoff upto 10% subject to minimum eligibility requirement.
For Haryana LEET 2023 admissions, 1 seat in each University/ Institute is reserved for KM for admission to second year of B.E./ B.Tech. programmes. Such candidates have to produce original migration certificate duly signed by the competent authority or Relief Commissioner.
The KM seats will be filled on supernumerary basis once the inter-se-merit of percentage of qualifying exam through online counselling as conducted by HSTES is completed.
Haryana LEET 2023 Eligibility under Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) Scheme
The seats under TFW scheme will be filled through Haryana LEET 2023 counselling.
Only candidates with parents having an annual income less than 6 Lakhs from all sources are eligible for seats under this scheme.
Documents required by candidates applying under TFW Scheme
Along with the printout of the Haryana LEET application form, candidates will be required to produce attested copies of the following documents:
Income Certificate of parents from all sources issued by the organization where parents are working
OR
Income Certificate by competent authority (Income should be less than 6 Lakhs from all sources)Haryana Resident Certificate (For candidates not passed or appeared in the qualifying exam from Haryana)
Aadhaar Number (or Enrolment No.) (If Aadhaar Number is not available then alternate IDs such as passport, bank or any other valid Govt. identity number can be produced).
Admission Basis : The admission in TFW Category will be on the basis of Merit/ Rank of Haryana LEET 2023, so candidates applying under this category must apply for OLET exam.
Haryana LEET 2023 Application Process

The HSTES authorities released the Haryana LEET 2023 application form in online mode. Candidates are required to provide their personal, academic and contact details in LEET application form and submit on or before the last date. Along with the submission of application form of Haryana LEET 2023, candidates will have to pay the application fee either through online mode or e-challan.
How to fill Haryana LEET application form 2023?
- Registration: Candidates will have to visit the HSTES official website and start with Haryana LEET registration 2023. They have to pay the registration fee either by online mode (debit card/ credit card/ net banking) or through e-challan. In case of e-challan, candidates will have to take a printout and deposit it on next day of generation in any branch of the following banks:

2- Axis Bank
Take the receipt of the submitted e-challan duly stamped by the bank.

Candidates will have to fill all the basic details required at the time of LEET registration. They will be required to choose 3 exam centres from the list available in the order of their preference.
- Uploading Documents: Candidates have to upload a recent passport sized coloured photograph and valid signature in the online Haryana LEET 2023 application form.
- Final Submission: Before final submission of the LEET application form, candidates will be able to check and edit their registration details. Verify at last, make changes if required and then finally submit the Haryana LEET 2023 application form.
Candidates applying under the categories of Kashmiri Migrant (KM) and Tuition Fee Waiver (TFW) will get a unique LEET application number after submission of the form. Such candidates have to take a print out of the duly filled application form of LEET and deposit the same in the office of HSTES at Bays no. 7- 12, Sector-4, Panchkula with attested copies of relevant documents and proof of fee submission.

Haryana LEET 2023 Admit Card
HSTES will issue Haryana LEET admit cards for registered candidates in online mode. Candidates will have to download OLET admit card 2023 from the official website. Haryana LEET 2023 admit card is an important document to be carried at the exam centre for verification purposes.

Documents Required at Exam
- 2 printouts of admit card with photograph attested by gazetted officer
- 1 valid identity proof (ID), in respect of DOB of candidate like attested copy of matriculation certificate. The identity proof must have candidates’ photograph on it.
Haryana LEET 2023 Result
Haryana LEET 2023 result will be announced online on the official website. Candidates will be able to check the same at HSTES wesite or from the notice boards of the exam centres allotted to them. No requests pertaining to revaluation or rechecking of answers will be entertained afterthe Haryana LEET result is declared.

Candidates will be given ranks on the basis of their scores in OLET 2023 exam.
Tie Breaking Rule
In case of two or more candidates obtain the same marks, the authorities shall follow the criteria mentioned below:
Candidate having more marks in Mathematics in LEET 2023 will be given a higher rank in the merit.
If the tie exists, candidates having better marks in Physics in OLET will be given a rank higher in the merit order.
If the tie still remains as it is, candidate having higher marks in the aggregate of Engineering subjects will be given a better rank.
If the tie exists, then age of candidates will be considered and older candidate will be given a higher rank.
If the ties remains, all candidates will be given the same rank.
Haryana LEET 2023 Cutoff
The minimum rank required for engineering admission in the institute and course refers to Haryana LEET cutoff 2023. Candidates will have to meet OLET 2023 cutoff to ensure admission. The cutoff of Haryana LEET 2023 will be released online for different participating institutes and categories.

Haryana LEET 2023 Counselling
Mode of Counselling: Online
The candidates have to register for the online counselling process. The counselling process will be conducted as per the process mentioned below:
Haryana LEET 2023 Counselling Procedure
- Fee Payment: Candidates have to pay the required counselling fee offline through e-challan or online using a Credit /Debit Card/ Net-banking. Candidates will have to take a printout of e-challan for offline payment, deposit the fee on the next day in the designated banks (AXIS or PNB) and then collect the receipt duly stamped by the bank. The counselling 2023 fee is Rs 500 for all categories.
- Registration: Candidates have to register by providing the required details to participate in the counselling process. Candidates will be given a chance to make changes in registration details before locking the choices.
- Choice Filling & Locking: Candidates have to choose and lock their preferred colleges and courses. The choice filling has to be done by candidates from their homes or by going to Govt. Polytechnics, Govt. Aided Polytechnics and not any cyber café or any outside unauthorized persons.
- Reporting: Candidates have to report to the allotted institute for admission with all the required documents. They have to deposit a one-semester fee in the allotted institute.

- Original & duly attested photocopy of qualifying examination
- Latest colored photograph (JPG file max. 30 KB size) with pre-printed name and DOB on it
- Matriculation / high school certificate
- Online entrance test B.E./ B.Tech (LEET)-2023 rank card
- Character certificate
- Private candidates: candidates, who have passed the qualifying examination as private candidates should submit their character certificate, duly signed by a first class magistrate
- Residents certificate, if applicable
- Certificate from the employer in the case of employees of Govt. of Haryana, members of all India services borne on Haryana cadre, employees of statutory bodies/corporations as per Annexure-III, if applicable.
- Scheduled caste certificate as per Annexure-IV, if applicable
- Backward class certificate as per Annexure-V, if applicable and affidavit as per Annexure-VI
- Certificate in respect of physically handicapped candidates as per Annexure-VII, if applicable
- Certificate required to be furnished by the children & grand-children of freedom fighters as per Annexure-VIII, if applicable
- Certificate from wards of deceased/disabled/discharged military/para-military personnel/ex- servicemen or ex-personnel of para-military forces – Annexure-IX

The last date for slot booking as well as for downloading admit card was 9th april.
In case you have missed the slot booking, you cannot book a slot now and hence you cannot appear for the examination.
Only after you book the slot for exam, you can download the admit card and appear for exam.
