CCMT 2025 Admission Process
The centralized counselling for M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.Plan admissions will consist of the steps mentioned below.
- Online registration, choice filling, and locking
- Allotment of seats
- Payment of seat acceptance fees
- Reporting at specified centres after payment of seat acceptance fees
- Payment of fee for confirmation of the seat, balance fee, and joining the allotted institute
- Reporting at the institute allotted and payment of the institute’s balance fee as specified.

The authority concluded the CCMT 2025 registration process on June 4, 2025. Candidates who fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria can register for CCMT 2025. Students must provide various information including GATE scores while filling out the CCMT application form. After that, candidates must pay the CCMT 2025 application fee followed by filling and locking of choices. The CCMT 2025 application form began on May 14, 2025.
CCMT 2025 Counselling
The CCMT 2025 choice filling process was concluded on June 6, 2025. Candidates who qualify GATE exam can participate in the counselling process. To participate in the counselling process candidates need to complete the registration online. CCMT counselling process comprises registration, form filling, seat allotment, document verification and reporting to the allotted institutes. The CCMT counselling 2025 began on May 14, 2025.
CCMT Seat Allotment 2025
The authority has declared the CCMT 2025 round 4 seat allotment (special round 1) on July 19, 2025. Candidates can check the CCMT 2025 seat allotment on the official website. The authorities releases the seat allotment of CCMT 2025 for each round separately. The process for participating candidates includes national upgrade, internal sliding, and national spot rounds. CCMT seat allotment is done for registered candidates based on merit, preferences submitted, availability of seats, and fulfilment of other eligibility criteria. Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted seats have to download the CCMT allotment letter and pay the seat acceptance fee of Rs 30,000.
CCMT 2025 Reporting Centres
After a seat is allotted to candidates during CCMT counselling, they have to report to the specified venues for verification of documents. The list of documents required by the candidates at CCMT reporting centres is provided below:
- Print of the CCMT 2025 registration and choice filling form.
- Print of provisionally downloaded seat allotment letter.
- Self-attested copy of GATE scorecard
- Candidate’s photo ID proof
- Receipt of seat acceptance fee payment
- Class 10 passing certificate or birth certificate as proof of age.
- Class 12 mark sheet
- Mark sheet of qualifying exam for all semesters
- Candidate’s 3 coloured passport-size photos
- Qualifying Degree/ Provisional certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
Migration certificate issued by the institute last attended
Candidates who complete the verification process successfully will be issued a Document Verification Certificate (DVC). Such candidates must report to their respective allotted institutes and pay the required tuition fee.
