JEE Main Exams High Scoring Chapters and Topics (Just Study 40% Syllabus and Score upto 100%)

AKKSHEETHA M 1st Dec, 2025

Hello,
For scoring well in the exam by focusing on a smaller portion of the syllabus, you should concentrate on the chapters that usually have high weightage and are conceptually manageable. In Physics, topics like mechanics, waves, thermodynamics, and electricity often help in securing good marks. In Chemistry, focus on physical chemistry basics, organic chemistry fundamentals, and important inorganic chapters. In Maths, concentrate on algebra, coordinate geometry, and basic calculus concepts. Studying these key areas with proper practice can help you score well even if you cover only a part of the full syllabus.
Hope this helps you.

Ishita 30th Nov, 2025

a particle moves under a force F=6x. Find the work done as it moves from x=0 to x=3.

a block is pushed with a varibale force shown in a force distance graph. calculate the work done over the entire displacement.

a particle's kinetic energy increases from 20J to 80J. find the net work done.

a spring with k=200n/m is compressed by 0.1m. find the potential energy store.

a body of mass m is thrown vertically upward with speed v. find max ht using energy method.

a 2kg object is acted upon by a force that changes its speed from 5m/s to 15 m/s. find work done.

Hi, I had a question related to colleges in india. my daughter is US citizen and moved to India for 7th grade. she has PIO issued in 2012, Converted to OCI in 2022. My question is: does she has to apply only in NRI quotae for NEET/JEE,or is she eligible for PIO/OCI quota?

AKKSHEETHA M 30th Nov, 2025

Hello,
Many private and government-affiliated institutions in India have specfial quotas for foreign nationals.
Admission under this category usually depends on her valid passport or citizenship status and her qualifying exam. Some colleges may also require entrance exams, depending on the course.
Hope this helps you.

I have uploaded my photo with some background, in jee main 2026 form , as it do not follow guidelines of white background permanent, do I have any chance to correct it

Akhila A 29th Nov, 2025

Hello aspirant,

Yes, you may get a chance to correct the photograph, but only if the National Testing Agency (NTA) identifies your photo as having a discrepancy. Since JEE Main requires a clear passport-size photo with a white background , any photo that does not follow this guideline may be flagged by NTA.

In previous years, NTA has sent email/SMS alerts to candidates whose photos did not meet the required specifications. Those candidates were given a short correction window to re-upload a proper photograph.

What you should do now:

  • Keep checking your registered email and mobile number regularly for any correction-related messages from NTA.

  • Prepare a correct photograph in advance (white background, clear face visibility, correct size and format).

  • Keep an eye on the official JEE Main website for updates regarding the correction window.

If your photo is flagged, NTA will definitely allow you to upload a corrected version within the allotted time.

All the best!

I started jee predation class 12 th

Akhila A 29th Nov, 2025

Hello aspirant,

Starting JEE preparation in Class 12 is absolutely fine — many students begin at this stage and still score well with the right strategy. You’ll need a focused plan , because you must balance both board syllabus and JEE syllabus together.

Make sure you:

  • Revise Class 11 basics (Motion, Thermodynamics, Algebra, Basic Organic Chemistry).

  • Solve NCERT + PYQs regularly.

  • Practice mock tests to improve speed and accuracy.

  • Follow a fixed study routine covering all three subjects every week.

With consistent practice and proper guidance, you can definitely achieve a good rank even if you start in Class 12.

All the best for your preparation!

mai male hu or mere baal bahut bade hai mai unhe katwana nhi chahta toh kya jee mains me kuch dikkat toh nhi hogi ?

Akhila A 29th Nov, 2025

Hello aspirant,

JEE Main exam me baal bade hone se koi problem nahi hoti . NTA ki guidelines me kahin bhi hair length ya hairstyle ke baare me koi restriction nahi diya gaya hai. Aap chahe long hair rakhe ya short — exam me entry par koi dikkat nahi aati , bas face clearly visible hona chahiye.

Aapko sirf basic instructions follow karni hoti hain, jaise:

  • Admit card aur ID proof carry karna

  • Dress code normal hona

  • Face verification ke time hair face ko cover na kare

Isliye baal katwane ki bilkul zaroorat nahi hai. Aap normally exam de sakte ho.

All the best!
