Only a few centers has been removed from the earlier lists Ambala, Panipat, Madgaon, Bhuj rest are the same for this year JEE advanced like for uttar pradesh muzaffarnagar, faridabad etc.

NTA has released cut offs 2020 for qualifying Jee main and who can appear for jee advanced.

As you are from EWS category. Your percentile is 75.71. you are qualified for appearing in jee advanced. Cut off for EWS category is 70.2435518.

accidentally the person who was filling my jee mains application form has filled my category as General and I am General EWS and today When I saw my result then I noticed that my category is General what Can I do now so that my councilling and application for jee advanced should be done as per EWS?

well there is nothing to do much in this case . after results you cannot change your category.you will be treated as a general category candidate .however there is not much difference in general and ews category ranking ,so you can get admissions if you got good jee

Hello,

Yes,you are eligible for jossa councelling but are not eligible for jee advanced and thus you can not fill up the colleges which are alloted on the basis of jee advanced rank in Jossa.

I read that 2.5 lakh students will be allowed to write jee advanced.My rank in jee main is 215648 but my percentile is 80 and I am general candidate.Am I eligible for writing jee advance?

Hello Aspirant,

Unfortunately you are not eligible for JEE-Advance with this percentile and category because for General category JEE-Main Cut-off is 90.77536 percentile and you have just 80. It is correct that around 2.45 Lakh students were selected for JEE-Advance it does not mean that particular rank is alloted to

Surely considering your category rank,you have very good chance to get CSE in top NITs like Allahabad,Bhopal,Jaipur,Surat etc.

Hello there,

According to NTA or National Testing Agency,the cutoff for st you have to acquire minimum percentage of marks in each subject is 5 and minimum percentage of aggregate marks is 17.5

as per your rank your percentile would be about 75 to 83 percent. you can check ,whether you are eligible for jee advanced from the section you are seeing your result . its slightly down the page . checkout the cutoff percentile
