Yes.every year qualify percentile changes according to number of students and toughness of the paper.yes, you may have get a chance to write advance .according to 2020 qulify percentile is about 50 percentile for st catogery.and one more point you have to catch is when we write the both

You are not allowed to fill JEE Advanced form with this percentile.

yes you will get rejected no matter what your score is if you don't provide enough documents to prove the details you have given in application form.
If you have qualifying score in jee mains then you have to satisfy the cutoff to be eligible for jee advance. if
