Once after filling the JEE Mains form you can only make corrections in it till the correction window is opened.You van make no further corrections once after giving the exam or when the correction window is closed.So do not make the mistake of filling General EWS in advanced

  • Common Rank List (CRL) - 90.3765335
  • GEN-EWS - 70.2435518
  • Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 72.8887969
  • Scheduled Caste (SC) - 50.1760245
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 39.0696101
  • PwD - 0.0618524

At 73.96 percentile in JEE Main, if you are from GEN-EWS, Other Backward

i got 71.79 percentile with sc category, is it i am qualified or not for jee advanced?

Hi

Yes you are eligible for JEE advanced examination.

This is because JEE mains cutoff percentile to be eligible for JEE advanced for SC category is 50.1760245 percentile and you have got 71.79 i. e more than 50.1760245 so you are eligible.
