Hello,
As per the below mentioned official link to the website of the courses offered by IIIT Hyderabad,
https://www.iiit.ac.in/academics/
there is not a dedicated course, for specially Artificial Intelligence, instead they offer B.Tech as well as M.Tech courses in Computer Science, seeing the curriculum, you can see that
https://www.iiit.ac.in/academics/curriculum/undergraduate/cse/
there is no such course in undergraduate stream, but if you see the semester wise curriculum for M.Tech CSE, then you have the option to choose AI, as a stream.

Hope this helps
Hi Dharam,

Dear Ajinkya, you can provide any of your Lecturer's details or a guardian if you have. Both the references can be your Faculty or someone who knows. But avoid any reference from Immediate family. It is just generic information and there are no issues if you give the reference details as requested.
Hello Manu,
Yes, you can get admission to a PG program in the field of engineering without a GATE score also.
But the only catch is that you will not be able to choose the college or branch of your choice.
For further details, if you have any query you can even visit our website, where there is a detailed description which would be quite helpful for you.
