see iiit pgee exam has 2 sections 1> aptitude 2> cse paper
now the cse papaer has questions standard like as gate exam, since around 5000+ students are appeared for the exam and 500 are shortlisted, also the cutoff scores is based on the number of participants, questions difficulty

IIITH PGEE exam is scheduled to be conducted on April 26, 2020.Admit card will be released from April 13, 2020.The last date to submit the application form online is March 31, 2020.The results will be declared by second week of May, 2020 tentatively.

According to your score, you common rank is around 1.2 lakhs. It seems to be a bit difficult to get into IIIT with this rank. The cutoff changes every year so it is higy predictable as to whether or not you'll be admitted.
