Hello! Hope you are doing good
According to your score, you common rank is around 1.2 lakhs. It seems to be a bit difficult to get into IIIT with this rank. The cutoff changes every year so it is higy predictable as to whether or not you'll be admitted.

All the best
Hey Nehal,
IIIT Hyderabad takes admission through two different ways for B-tech course.
1.JEE MAINS:- IIIT Hyderabad intakes students in basis of their JEE mains marks for 4-year B-tech courses in computers and electronics Branch only.
2. UGEE:- This is an exam conducted but IIIT Hyderabad itself to screen in candidates for integrated master's courses. The exam is followed by an interview as well.
The UGEE mode is for admission to dual degree programmes. Graduates of the dual degree programmes earn two degrees: B-Tech and MS. The Masters degree requires completion of a research thesis. The programme prepares students for research-oriented jobs and higher studies. The duration of the programme is 5-years.
There is one more way to get into IIIT HYD that is their LATERAL ENTRY SCHEME through which students studying in their 1st-year at their college can take admission based on a aptitude test and an interview.
