Please be specific about your branch so that we can throw light on which PSUs or colleges you can get into. 

It might be tough for you to get into all the government colleges as they set a really high cutoff for Computer Science. As for an opportunity in the PSUs, you could have a chance to get to NLC.

As you know the cutoff for SC category is 26.4 this year and you have a pretty decent marks of 52 so chances are there.

I can't say surely  but you can get a call for the interview from various PSU's like ONGC, HPCL or even NTPC.
