The cutoff for OBC category is 26.6 this year so with this marks it will be difficult to get any IIT's.

I think NIT's will also be difficult as to get into NIT's you must have a GATE score of above 450.

Maybe NIT Jalandhar, NIT Goa, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya, NIT Manipur, NIT Sikkim, NIT Agartala, NIT Durgapur, NIT Raipur and NIT Kurukshetra are a few options you've got.

With this GATE score it will be quite difficult to get into IIT's or even the top NIT's.

Yes, you can apply for the colleges as you must have cleared the cutoff of 19.7 with this GATE score, but it will be quite difficult to get any IIT's

As, you have cleared the cutoff of 26.6 marks so you can get the state universities.

You can also get Private UNiversities like MAnipal, Thapar. You can also get ANNA

So you can only go for private universities. But with this rank you have very less option.Best of luck.
