The total fees for the four years full time btech cse course at scem(Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management ) Mangalore is 2.35 Lakh.

NHCE Bangalore definitely has better placements with the highest ctc bein 30 lakh in 2021 as compared to scem Mangalore with highest ctc 3 lakh. NHCE is better academically as well.

If you have selected accept and upgrade or reject an upgrade in round 1 counselling then only you can take part in round 2 or round 3 counselling of COMEDK entrance exam. But as you have mentioned that you have selected reject and withdraw from the round 1 of counselling of COMEDK exam then it implies you cannot take part in further counselling rounds of the exam. So, just work accordingly.

Yes. You can change or edit your preferences in round 2.

Basically in COMEDK counselling 3 rounds is there to  allotment of colleges.

Eligibility to round 2 and round 3 will will depend on decision made on allotment during round 1 and round 2.

there is a surrender period , if you surrender during the surrender period then you will get the refund , but if you surrender after that then probably you will not get a refund .
