Mechanical :137
Civil :134
Computer Science and Engineering :124
Electrical Engineering : 115
Instrumentation : 110
It seems difficult for you to get the Mechanical in JEC.But don't loose hope .Cut offs vary year to year .Hope for good ALL THE BEST!!!

The cutoff eligibility for general category is 130 marks
Assam Engineering college cutoff marks for general category is 110 marks
So, as you got more marks in cee, I can say it is more than possible that you can get into the branches of cse and mechanical in assam engineering college.
