There is still  time left for certificate verification to start. Don't worry about it. Incase your college fails to give your certificate on time then 

You have to take a letter from your college stating that there is a delay . Also contact appgecet email .

Try sending emails stating the isssue.

Hey Bhagyasri! According to my knowledge The registration process for first round of  counselling of AP PGECET 2019 has been closed on July 11. Andhra University is conducting the AP PGECET 2019 counselling for GATE/GPAT candidates. The final date to fill the application form was July 11, 2019. The authority will announce the dates for further rounds of AP PGECET counselling 2019.

Yes, you require transfer certificate and marks certificate of degree. Other required certificates are:

GATE /GPAT /PGECET score card or rank card or hall ticket.

12th or diploma marks certificate. SSC marks memo and original certificates.

Study certificate from 10th to Graduation.

Caste certificate.

Residence certificate of father or mother.

Income certificate.

Ration card.

Aadhar card.

There is no such option or method of fee payment which supports offline payment for registration of AP PGECET exam. AP PGECET is conducted by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of APSCHE for admission to ME/ M.Tech/ M.Pharm programs. The registration for counselling was started in the last week of July tentatively. Hope this may help you.
