But even if I consider you to be of unreserved category, I think you will be able to get a seat in a decent college through counselling.

To qualify AP PGECET the candidate is required to get a minimum of 30 marks. Since you have got 33 marks you have qualified the exam. Candidates who qualified the exam can take admission to various M.Tech/M.Pharm/Pharm.d(PB) courses in colleges approved by All India Council For Technical Education.
