Andhra University has commenced the registration process of AP PGECET 2019 counselling for GATE/GPAT candidates. The final date to fill the application form is July 11, 2019. Candidates will have to first pay the fee in online mode to participate in AP PGECET 2019 counselling. Verification of documents at the help centres has to be done by the candidates to be cleared for AP PGECET counselling 2019. Choice filling as per the preference of the candidates also has to be done during the counselling of AP PGECET 2019 by the candidates.

The counselling registration for gate qualified students has been started from 27 june, 2019. So counselling along with document verfication will tentatively will start from third week of july as dates are yet to announce so check their official website regularly. Congrats on your GATE rank. The AP PGECET counselling will take place in 2 different periods. One is for GATE students and other is for AP students who attended entrance exam. For Gate students the official Councelling date hasn't been announced yet but it will be mostly during 3rd or 4th week of July.

Incase your college fails to give your certificate on time then 

You have to take a letter from your college stating that there is a delay .

Yes, you are eligible for AP PGCET counselling, but for joining PGCET you have to clear all backloks in engineering before the joining date for pgcet. If you can't clear subject backloks then you are not eligible for pgcet. Generally in some univercites we have option to leave two subjects in final marks memo if you pass or not in those subjects, if you are eligible for that then its not an issue.
