The Counselling dates for AP PGECET students has not yet declared till now officially by the AP Government. However it will be soon announced. The counselling dates for GATE and GPAT students under PGECET were already announced because the first priority is given to GATE and GPAT students rather than PGECET Students. Anyways the dates for AP PGECET Online Counselling Registration for GATE and GPAT qualified candidates has already started on June 27 and ends on july 11,2019. Sorry dear but the rank 7973 that your friend got is not that good and you can expect that there is no possibility for good branches through GATE in AU.You can expect branches like ME-ENVIRONMENTAL ENGG & MANG ,ME-HEAT TRANSFER IN ENERGY SYSTEMS ,etc. in Andhra University based on previous year cut offs.

The fees is non refundable and for OC/OBC category it is Rs. 600 and for SC/ST category it is Rs.300. You can pay the fees through credit/debit card or through net banking. As per the references, The authorities have commenced the counselling registration process of AP PGECET 2019 for GATE/GPAT candidates. The final date for registration is July 11, 2019. The registration is from june 27 to July,11, with counselling to be held in the fourth week of July, 2019.

For non gate students/APPGECET qualified students the counselling is going to start from fourth week of july and during that period you need to first register for counseling and then do the payment online and then can go for document verification. Registrations for the counselling of AP PGECET 2019 will be open, where you will have to pay the fee through net banking/credit card/debit card. You will have to log into their account using their hall ticket number and rank to pay the counselling fee (Rs. 600 for OC/BC and Rs. 300 for SC/ST). Next, you will have to report to their designated centre and show the transaction id and then go ahead for document verification. Once the document verification is completed, you will be sent a log in ID. After logging in, you will have to select their choice of colleges and courses in the order of preference. Allotment of seats will be done according to the candidate’s rank and preferences selected. A certain amount of time will be allotted for the candidates to modify their choices

• GATE 2019 hall ticket
• GATE 2019 score card
• SSC, intermediate, diploma/degree marks memo
• Study certificate for class 10 to graduation
• Residential certificate
• Income certificate
• Transfer certificate
