Hello Pooja,
No, it is not possible for a B.Sc Physics first year student to join B.Tech second year. Only students who completes their Diploma in Engineering are eligible for Lateral Entry into B.Tech second year.
If you wish to join B.Tech then you can join B.Tech first year on basis of your 10+2 or equivalent exam from a recognized Board. But your first year B.Sc Physics will be gone waste. If you are okay with it can go ahead with B.Tech first year.
May thus was helpful.
Best of Luck!!

hello aspirant,
65.9 percentile could fetch you a rank around 348843-392150 and sc category rank greater than 23000 .now these are based on previous year analysis .As of now its tough to say because the analysis and also cutoffs change every year due to many factors like total students appearing for exam, difficulty level of paper etc.based on your rank you have tough to no chances to fetch seat in government colleges like nits, iiits.you need a minimum percentile of 96-98+ to fetch seat in nits, iiits. however you can try to fetch seat in private colleges or universities.or you can try the state btech colleges using jeemain percentile. you need better percentile to fetch seat.you can get closing rank for josaa official website: https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
