The authority released the result for IIIT Delhi MTech Entrance exam 2024 in the form of a merit list on May 17, 2024. The seat allotment process was held in three rounds based on the results of the MTech entrance exam and GATE scores. The institute held the IIIT Delhi entrance exam on April 28, 2024 and the admit card for the same was released on April 17. IIIT Delhi has concluded the MTech registration on the website, iiitd.ac.in. Candidates had to submit the IIIT Delhi M.Tech application form in online mode before April 14, 2024. Candidates had to fill in the same and provide all the necessary details.
How to fill IIITD 2024 M.Tech application form?

- Visit the official website at iiitd.ac.in and click on the link to the application form
- Candidates have to first register by entering all the basic details. They will also have to create a new password at the end.
- To proceed with the IIIT Delhi M.Tech application form, candidates have to log in and fill in their personal, academic, and communication details
- After providing all the information, candidates have to upload scanned copies of their signature and a recent passport-sized photograph.
- They have to review the details filled in the IIITD 2024 M.Tech application and then proceed with payment of the application fee. It may be noted that candidates have to pay an amount of Rs 510 for the IIIT Delhi M.Tech application fee which can only be paid online.

IIIT Delhi M.Tech 2024 Selection Criteria
The selection criteria for IIIT Delhi M.Tech admissions 2024 vareis depending upon the programmes applied for by the candidates and also based on their GATE qualifications.
Selection Criteria for M.Tech CSE
GATE Candidates - The authorities prepare a merit list based on the GATE score and qualifying degree percentage. Based on the merit list and candidate preference for the M.Tech course, admissions was done.
Non-GATE Candidates - Based on performance in IIIT Delhi M.Tech entrance exam 2024 and performance in the qualifying degree, the authorities shortlist the candidates. Such candidates were called up for an online interview.
Selection Criteria for M.Tech ECE
GATE Candidates - Candidates were screened based on their GATE Score and percentage in qualifying degrees. All such candidates were called up for an online interview. A merit list was then prepared and admissions were offered accordingly.
Non-GATE Candidates - Based on the candidate’s performance in the IIITD M.Tech entrance exam and qualifying degree, a merit list was prepared. Such candidates were invited for an online interview and M.Tech admissions at IIIT Delhi were offered accordingly.
Selection Criteria for M.Tech CB
Based on the GATE Score and qualifying degree percentage, candidates were screened and called to participate in an online interview. Admissions were done on the basis of the rank obtained.

In IIT Delhi for the year of 2020 cut off score was 900 for general student and for other reserved category student was 900. For the previous years that means in the year of 2019 cutoff for MTech in computer engineering in IIT Delhi was also for general 900 and for reserved category student score was also 900. As you have total score in GATE examination is 495 so there is less chance for you to take computer science engineering course in Mtech in IIT Delhi. As you have not mentioned your category then it is difficult for predicting something accurately.

Last year the application process for admission to M.Tech had started in the month of April. SO this year the application process is expected to start in the month of April.
