IIIT Delhi M.Tech 2026 - IIIT Delhi will release the notification for IIIT Delhi M.Tech admission 2026. The authority will release the IIIT Delhi MTech application form 2026 in the month of March. Candidates can get PG engineering admission at Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology through the entrance exam or GATE merit. MTech programs are provided in ECE (GATE and non- GATE), CSE, CSE-R and CB at IIIT Delhi. The authority will conduct the IIIT Delhi M.Tech entrance exam in May, 2026.
Candidates must have completed B.tech or BE in a specified course in which they wish to get admission. They should have obtained at least 65% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
The IIIT Delhi M.Tech entrance exam 2026 will be held for 2 hours and 40 minutes. The exam has MCQs in relevant subjects (as per the selected course). Along with the exam pattern, a good understanding of the IIIT Delhi M.Tech syllabus will be beneficial to score good marks in the examination.
Those who clear the exam will be called for the interview. The authority will upload the IIIT Delhi M.Tech merit list 2026.
