The authority has activated the IIIT Delhi M.Tech 2026 application form link on the official website, iiitd.ac.in. The authority will conduct the IIIT Delhi M.Tech entrance exam on May 3, 2026. Candidates can get PG engineering admission at Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology through the entrance exam or GATE merit. Note that this year, the PGCAT-IIITD or the IIIT Delhi MTech entrance exam is being held only for admission to MTech CSE and CSE (Research). MTech programs are provided in ECE (GATE and non- GATE), CSE, CSE-R and CB at IIIT Delhi. Candidates must have completed B.tech or BE in a specified course in which they wish to get admission. They should have obtained at least 65% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.
