GATE 2019 Overview
GATE is a national level engineering entrance exam held annually for students who aspire to pursue M.Tech from IITs, NITs and other top institutes. About 9 lakh candidates appear for GATE every year.
GATE is monitored by seven IITs.
The conducting institute of the entrance exam changes every year. GATE 2019 will be conducted by IIT Madras.
